Terms, cancellation and refunds

Last updated: 14 October 2026

In short: the Personal AI Assistant costs €10 a month including VAT, charged monthly in advance by card. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Tenjotech Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 786888, VAT number IE4413970CH), with its registered office at 13 The Avenue, Green Lane Manor, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, D24 HNP5, Ireland. You can contact us at hello@tenjotech.com.

These terms cover our Personal AI Assistant subscription. Our services for businesses and schools, such as the Website Voice Receptionist and the School Parent Assistant, are provided under a separate written agreement.

2. The service

The Personal AI Assistant is an AI assistant you can chat or talk with, set up with the information and preferences you choose to give it. We host and maintain it and keep improving it.

AI assistants can make mistakes. Answers may be incomplete or wrong, so please check anything important and don't rely on the assistant for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems with the services it depends on.

3. Price and payment

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, using the link in your invoice or receipt emails, or by emailing hello@tenjotech.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for: you keep access until then and you won't be charged again.

5. Refunds

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Fair use

Please don't use the assistant for anything unlawful, to harm others, to try to break or overload the service, or share your access with other people. We may suspend access if the service is misused, and we'll tell you why.

7. Your information

What you tell the assistant stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice.

8. Our liability

If something goes wrong because of our fault, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
